Jayson Booth | Partner

Mr. Booth is a former US Marine and a business consultant. He received his law degree from the University of Houston and founded the firm with his partner, Sara Richey. He represents clients in felony and misdemeanor criminal cases, both in federal and state courts, and in immigration removal and asylum proceedings in federal court. Mr. Booth has been a member of the Texas State Bar College since 2013 and has developed a reputation as a professional but tough trial lawyer.

Sara Richey | Partner

Ms. Richey worked in legal compliance at the Federal Reserve and various financial entities before receiving her law degree from the University of Houston. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation cases, as well as representing workers in employment discrimination cases during mediation and litigation. Ms. Richey is the chairperson for the Litigation Section of the Houston Bar Association.

Holli Hartman | Litigation Assistant

Holli is currently attending the University of Houston, working on her degree in Education. She is responsible for assisting the attorneys with cases, including legal research, court filings, calendar and deadline management, and client communication.

Alexya Castillo | Administrative Assistant

Alexya joined Booth Richey, LLP in the fall of 2016. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is the initial point of contact for clients calling or visiting the firm. Building on her prior experience in customer service and office management, Alexya is responsible for management of our court settings calendar, for customer intake and appointment scheduling, and for assisting with court filings.
